In order to aid businesses in maintaining a safe work environment, First American Safety and Environmental Services offers professional Forklift Operator Class I-VI Training that meets or exceeds OSHA standards for powered industrial trucks. The training consists of a class on forklift operation and safety and an evaluation of forklift condition and operator competency.
Federal law- No one under the age of 18 may operate or ride a forklift.
Our forklift operator training is designed to meet or exceed the following industry standards:
General Industry OSHA 1910.178
Marine OSHA 1910.43, 1910.44
Longshoring OSHA 1918.65
